Citrus, Carrot and Ginger Juice

Orange juice besides being delicious and easy to prepare, is full of health benefits as it detoxifies the body by removing toxins from the body, as is also rich in vitamin C which promotes skin avoiding premature aging.  Citrus contribute to the acceleration of metabolism and consume daily help remove accumulated fat.  Orange is antioxidant and moisturizing and because it helps to look a young and radiant skin.

Ginger gives a peculiar flavor to this slightly sweet, refreshing and spicy juice; it prevents cardiovascular diseases, promotes circulation, is effective against flu and colds, natural aphrodisiac and prevents cancer.

Another ingredient is the carrot that provides a significant amount of vitamins A, B, C and E, minerals, antioxidants, essential vitamins that help in sight, and contains beta-carotene that benefits the skin.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges (Valencia, cara cara, moro, navel)
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 4 carrots (preferably organic)
  • 1 piece of ginger (to taste)

Preparation:

Remove the rind from oranges and grapefruit, and remove the skin of the ginger.  We spent all for a juice extractor and enjoy the moment, to maximize the benefits and nutrients.
