Chia Pudding

This chia pudding is not only delicious but it provides many nutrients to our body.  It is perfect for breakfast or to enjoy alone as a delicious dessert.

 This delicious Chia pudding is low in calories and high in fiber, and the chocolate flavor makes it even richer not only in taste but also in nutrition for the great benefits that give us the seeds of chia.  It’s easy to incorporate into your meals and smoothies as it does not change the taste of food, give us energy, are healthy source of omega 3 which it is a super food packed with essential amino acids to maintain healthy skin, hair and skin, contains antioxidants, protein, iron, and calcium.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic chia seeds.
  • 1 cup almond milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of organic coconut sugar. (Maple syrup, raw honey or agave).
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder organic.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Toppings: fruit (mango, strawberries, blueberries, etc).

Preparation:

Mix the milk with all ingredients except chia seeds.  When all the ingredients have been mixed very well, add the chia seeds left in the refrigerator until the chia completely absorbed milk and change of consistency.  It is left for about four hours and ready for you to add your favorite fruit and enjoy.
