Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic oatmeal (gluten free and non-gmo). Easy to make only put in a processor or blender the flakes of oats and liqueurs until you get the flour.
- 2 organic eggs.
- 1/2 cup organic almond milk.
- 4 large organic bananas.
- 3 large spoons of organic coconut oil.
- 1 cup of organic coconut palm sugar.
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts.
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries.
- 1 tablespoon organic linseed powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- 1 pinch of Himalayan salt.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda.
Preparation:
Make smashed bananas with the help of a fork in a bowl, add eggs, coconut oil and mix everything very well. In a separate container mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, linseed and sugar). At the end all the wet and dry ingredients are mixed and the milk, nuts and dried fruits are added. Then pour the mixture into a previously greased baking dish with a little coconut oil. Preheat the oven to 375 f and bake about 50 minutes until ready. TIP: to know that it is ready to stick a toothpick and if it comes clean means that the bread is ready.

- 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
- 1 pizca de sal himalaya.1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear o bicarbonato de sodio.
