Strawberries Smoothie with Manuka Honey

If you need a boost to start the day with vitality this smoothie has it all!

 

Start the day by nourishing our body with a smoothie full of essential nutrients that brings us the wonderful honey of “Manuka” and its great health benefits.  This honey is native to New Zealand and is obtained from the nectar of the Manuka shrub when the bees pollinate The nectar of the shrub also called by the ancient “holy grail”, this wonder of nature is anti-microbial and antiviral in addition to being an antioxidant that helps to strengthen the immune system, regenerate the skin, improve the digestive process and avoid bacterial infections.  Manuka honey works as a dietary supplement as it is composed of endless vitamins and minerals.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic almond milk.
  • 1 cup fresh and organic strawberries.
  • 1 tablespoon of organic Maca powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of raw Manuka honey (NON-GMO).

Topping: bee pollen.

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender, blend, serve and enjoy!
