Berry Coconut Muffins

 

Enjoy this delicious Berry Coconut Muffins recipe made with organic and natural ingredients, and unprocessed flours which is part of a clean and healthy eating style.

 

 

Processed foods such as white flour, used oils, artificial sweeteners, not only lack nutritional value, but also have a negative impact on our health. Refined white sugar is a very harmful substance for your health that causes many diseases such as diabetes, and heart problems among many others. It is better to opt for natural sweeteners with a low glycemic index. Unprocessed, gluten-free, transgenic, and organic foods is always your best option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic almond flour.
  • 1/2 cup of organic oatmeal without gluten.
  • 1/2 cup of organic coconut flour.
  • 2 organic eggs.
  • 1/2 cup of organic coconut milk.
  • 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt.
  • 1/3 organic coconut oil.
  • 1/2 cup of organic maple honey.
  • 1 tablespoon organic flaxseed powder.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut striped.
  • Vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon of pink salt.
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
  • 1 cup of organic raspberries.
  • 1/2 cup of organic strawberries.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients. Put the mixture in a pan for pancakes, bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Add a new combination of raspberries at the end of the mixture.
