Super Chocolate Dates Smoothie

 

What a great way to start the day with a delicious Smoothie rich in super foods. This delicious chocolate and dates smoothie is perfect for before or after starting any exercise routine.

It is very important to eat foods that nourish your body without sacrificing flavor. Smoothies are a wonderful option to add many more nutrients to our daily diet, as they nourish our body with essential and natural ingredients.

  • Cocoa: a superfood full of antioxidants that protect you against the cellular damage exerted by free radicals. It is rich in magnesium, vitamins, minerals, and a natural mood regulator.
  • Maca:  another superfood, natural adaptogen, and hormonal regulator. It also increases libido, boost your energy, and it’s a natural mood regulator.
  • Dates: an excellent choice as a natural sweetener or for a sweet treat. It contains a good source of potassium and fiber.

Ingredients:

  • Organic coconut milk
  • 2 frozen bananas.
  • 3 organic dates.
  • 1 large spoonful of organic raw cocoa.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of organic maca
  • Yogurt chocolate flavor made from coconut milk.
